Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. We provide a GST invoice with every order, which serves as proof of purchase for warranty claims. Warranty duration and terms are set by the respective manufacturer.

Returns & replacement

  • Dead-on-arrival (DOA) or items damaged in transit: report within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a free replacement.
  • Defective items within the return window are eligible for replacement, subject to inspection and manufacturer DOA policy.
  • Products must be returned in original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and the invoice.

Non-returnable

Software, consumables, and items marked non-returnable on the product page, as well as products with physical/handling damage, are not eligible for return.
